Brad Neely has built the last three homes I’ve owned. I’ve also recommended him to many of my closest friends, of which he has built many homes. Here are the reasons that I continue to trust Brad Neely with my projects:

1. I’m a building materials professional and I appreciate they way Brad builds a home. He doesn’t cut corners and makes sure that each home he builds is of the highest quality, built the way it should be.

2. What Brad Neely says is gospel. He stands by his word and does what he says. He is extremely honest. The price agreed on at the beginning of the project is the price the home will be at the end of construction.

3. He goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. If an issue comes up, he fixes it. Never once in three houses has he tried to shift the blame for an issue on to me (the homeowner). If the house needs to be completed by a specific date, he will do everything within his power to meet the deadline.

I truly appreciate the fact that I’ve been able to work with a builder like Brad Neely. I have never regretted trusting him with my projects or recommending him to my closest friends.
