About Brad Neely Construction, Inc.

Brad Neely Construction Inc. was established in 1996 by Brad Neely. Brad is a fourth generation builder who takes pride in carrying on the family name as a respectable builder for the Elkhart County area.

In 2003 Brad Neely Construction Inc. joined the Builders Association of Elkhart County and has been a proud member ever since. Brad is also a licensed builder in the state of Michigan. Brad started working for his father Stan (a builder for more than 50 years) at an early age and developed on site skills of framing houses, trim carpentry, and most other phases of construction. Brad also obtained his Indiana Real Estate License in 1995 and has been actively building and selling homes since then. These were the building blocks of knowledge which helped him to start his own business.

Brad Neely Construction Inc. builds speculation houses, has model homes, designs/builds custom homes, does in home renovations, constructs pole buildings, and has a re-roof division. All of Brad’s floor plans have been drafted by him personally and he believes that the best plan is a functional plan. Brad also has a drafting/architect company that assists him with digital blueprints and timely modifications.

Brad Neely Construction Inc. builds a quality home at an affordable price and with this thought in mind has made hundreds of happy customers and has stayed busy even when economic times get tough.

When building with Brad Neely Construction Inc. you will work directly with Brad to establish a trust which Brad feels is one of the most important parts of the building process. Brad will help you decide on a floor plan he already has, modify one of his to suit your needs, or customize a new plan. One thing you can be assured is you’ll get the personal attention you deserve when building your dream home.

Brad builds above the standards using high quality materials, keeping in mind all the energy efficiency products, and delivers a home built with integrity. Brad gives a lot of credit to his sub-contractors for their many years of professionalism which helps him to be successful. Brad has a solid trusting relationship with each of them, which shows in each home built. Brad personally oversees each job from start to finish, meets with homeowners to do a walk -through, and makes communication his top priority.

To assure satisfaction for each home built, Brad offers a two year general warranty, a four year roof and mechanical warranty, and a 10 structural warranty.
